- It is not difficult to install. The chip needs to be set and screwed down in the TR4 socket properly.
- CPU works perfect, easy to install. That up and running, no issues.
- Be prepare to sweat a bit if this is your first 16+ core computer install.
- My installation was not entirely stress free. It`s difficult for a beginner.
- The only negative I have about the chip is the install. It can be difficult.
- I love that AMD is using AM4 still which gives you some backwards compatibility with motherboard selection.
- Still AM4-compatible! Perfect for my case.
- Check your motherboard compatibility for the AM4 Matisse. Easy to setup.
- Its just so damn good, easy to drop in to an existing AM4 motherboard.

- The performance that I'm exprexence it’s astonishing. 16 cores make me feel like a boss.

- If your memory is enough, then the processor will work like a beast.
- I was afraid my 3200Mhz memory would not be used on it's full potential but worked beautifully.
- L3 Cache Size is simply amazing. My computer just flies now.
- Works great with my 128GB RAM. All is perfect. AMD, well done as always.
- Threadripper is extremely memory hungry and without fast ram, the latency can cause bottlenecking issues.
- 24-thread CPU with a massive 64MB L3 cache.
- 12 Cores 24 Threads - with a massive L3 Cache.
- With 3900X, memory is stable at 3000 MHz.
- Easy to overclock memory. Massive L3 Cache!
- Got this installed and running. It's a beast! Great memory and cache.
