- This actually helps your phone battery last way longer because it automatically stops charging your device when the device is fully charged unlike a wall outlet that continuously charges.
- Lots of battery for a very reasonable cost.
- I get about 3 full charges before the PowerCore needs to be plugged back into the wall; more than enough time to go on a very long walk.
- The capacity is enough to recharge my phone multiple times if needed, so I can't imagine going with one larger still.
- Takes a few hours to fully charge the portable.
- Will not charge an ear bud or other items that require a lower current.
- Charge doesn't last long. E.g: Charges to 100%, take phone off of charger, phone goes to 50% in 6 minutes of actively using my phone (facebook, instagram, listening to music, safari with 100% brightness.)
- This battery is the perfect balance between physical size and capacity. I previously owned a smaller Anker charger, lent it to my uncle, and never saw it again.
- It has the capacity to charge our phones, tablets and cameras several times before it needs to be charged back up. I particularly like that:
- The 10050 is enough to charge my iPhone 6 from about 10% all the way to 100% 5 times. It does take a long time to charge, however that is to be expected with such a massive capacity.
- This is a great product. This battery is top notch quality and small for the capacity. I
- The capacity is bigger than you think in terms of number of recharges for small phones.
- Light weight (7 ounces or less than a decent solar charger for backpacking).
- So small, can literally fit anywhere.
- Lightweight, Small Size, and High Capacity. The travel pouch is particularly useful.
- The build quality of both the battery housing and cable are exceptional.
- Has a good weight that doesn't make it feel cheap or too heavy for it's size.
- This battery pack has a compact form factor and seems to be well made. Its weight is commensurate with its capacity.
- A good size/weight given what it does. It's not too big or bulky or heavy. It IS too large for your jeans pocket, but perfect for a backpack and probably good for a medium or large purse.
- As for the size. I have a 14,400 (other brand) that is HUGE compared to this baby...and it does not perform anything close.
- The charger itself is about the same size as an average pack of cards (slightly taller). It's a little heavier than I thought it would be, but this really isn't an issue.
- As I have the Samsung S6, the Samsung external charger is nearly the same size and thickness, which makes it ideal to charge while in my pocket. The Anker is definitely larger and requires more space.
- Indicator lights will tell you the amount of charge remaining.
- Power level LEDs do a good job indicating how full/empty it is.
- The battery pack itself comes with the battery pack, micro USB cable, and a mesh drawstring pouch. The pouch is large enough hold the battery pack with a lightning and micro USB cable.
- Came with a cable and a mesh bag. Great packaging, easy to open, well thought out.
- The unit came well packaged and contains a small carry case with a USBMicro-USB cable for charging - very nice touch on both and makes it a complete package.
- Didn't come with a wall AC adapter, and I don't have many spares lying around.
- BEST feature though is the quick charge, as this is a high Ah battery and will take fricken forever to charge on normal USB, think overnight.
- The charger itself took only a couple of hours to charge with the quick charge feature. I
- I love this and anker products because they make the very few portable ones that have the quick charge feature which is a must now a days especially if you commute or travel a lot.
- If you need one quick charge port this one is for you. If you need to ports there is a slightly larger model 13000 that still is a great size
- Wouldn't mind a second usb port to charge an second device like on larger models, but new that when I purchased it. I have several other anker chargers and products, happy with everything, great quality and value.
