- Very solid design, I have no fear of it physically breaking. Good for about two people.
- Overall good product. It has a very nice build, makes a lot of other water filter pitchers look and feel cheap in comparison.
- Each fill (up until the floating cap closes itself) gives you exactly one full normal water kettle, or about 1.7 liters.
- I fill it one to two times a day and only fill it the single time, use that water, then refill. I see people are putting in more water, which would be nice.
- Usually needs to be filled after pouring a glass of water (can get 2 1/2 glasses out of a full container).
- If you fill the upper reservoir slightly higher than the handle, there’s a good chance of brief slight leakage during filtration. I’ve learned to not overfill, but rather wait and do a second filling.
- XL size is barely big enough for two adults.
- I like a lot of things about the pitcher. It's much larger capacity than the Slim, but still fit easily on the refrigerator door. It was well balanced.
- I love this pitcher! It is elegant and extremely easy to handle. It pours perfectly and I'm very impressed with the capacity of water it can hold.
- I have two of these and use them daily. They are easy to use and have excellent capacity.
- Great large capacity water filter. I have not experienced any of the problems other reviewers have stated such as the lid not fitting or falling off.
- Has a nice capacity of 10 cups (8oz each). This is just shy of a gallon which is 16 cups.
- Noticeable difference between tap water (which isn't even that bad where I live in comparison to neighboring cities).
- The best tasting water of any pitcher, hands down. I ENJOY drinking water filtered through my Mavea!
- I found this one and was intrigued. I decided to give it a try and am so glad I did. My ice cubes are clearer than with the Brita water. The taste is phenomenal!
- It filters fast, the water taste is nil and has no odor. My water starts out with both a taste and smell.
- My biggest complaint is that it doesn't do anything for lead. Lead is probably the main thing you need to worry about being in your water in terms of health.
- The filters can be purchased for a reasonable to cheap price if you are buying several. Some others have filters which cost much more.
- I bought this about 7 months ago now and still have it. I can say the filtration system works great, however the design is a little faulty.
- We have a Multi-Pure system and then run our water for coffee and cooking through a second filtration using the Brita pitchers. The Multi-Pure system has been rated to remove 93-95% of the Chloramines.
- The best water filtration system i have even owned. Will definitely invest in this again.
- The filtration process is very slow. It was so slow I questioned if the process stopped.
- Rubber grip on the bottom so it does not slide.
- The slim size of this pitcher fits perfectly on my small refrigerator’s door shelf.
- Recycling the filters is quite easy. The "Smart Meter filter change indicator" is a bit hard to read and I'm not sure how accurate, but for this model it does do more than just have a timer.
- The indicator indicates when it's working and shows the exact date to change the filter. which make me very confident about the water quality.
- The built-in meter ceased to function after 6 months. While I would like a reliable automatic reminder to know when to change filters, I just make note of when I installed the filter.
- The filter status indicators are very helpful. Much better than hauling a lot of bottled water.
- This is working as expected. I am able to pour a full to empty picture getting all the water out without any problems such as splashing, lid popping off, filter coming loose, etc. I saw some reviews with these being issues and wondered if I would end up seeing the same.
- As for the cover not being sealed, I see it as a feature since it's easier to remove the cover to fill than try to position the flip-up lid under the faucet.
- When full, the pitcher isn't that easy to hold as it gets heavy from the water and the handle design isn't very ergonomic.
- I love this pitcher! It is elegant and extremely easy to handle.
