- The Bodygroom is equipped with hypoallergenic foil and rounded blades which makes this device extremely delicate against bare skin.
- I particularly like the rounded 'teeth' of the trimmer head. They eliminate the scratch marks that were caused when the old model wasn't held flat on the skin.
- This is the first Norelco groomer of several I've purchased that's been problem free. Previous experience with this brand was within a month the foil starts falling of the razor or the head itself pops off with just trying to use it.
- Great news, this bad boy gets a trim that basically IS a shave! I'm not exactly gentle when I use it, and I haven't hurt myself with it once. Very easy to clean - the foil pops out with a little provocation, and pops back in just as easily.
- this one works exceptionally well: the blades cut very close to the skin but without irrigation, and the foil shaves hair down to nothing. It also charges very quickly, which is a major improvement over the prior version.
- I was afraid that the flat head might be a little too large for use, but its not and it has never hurt any skin down under ever.
- I like the sharpness and cutting of the blades. I would prefer a longer handle, maybe 2 inches longer The linger handle would make shaving my back much easier.
- The Foil replacement head started to rust after few months. Otherwise it was a Very good product.
- wish the length of trimming guard was a tad greater what is available on the trimmer shaver is a bit short for my beard... other then that works great!!!!!
- However my only complaint with it is that you must go slow or you will easily cut yourself with the blades on the trimmer side but other than that the razor is great.
- Has a nice grip handle and I feel it is just the right size to trim a lot of hair at once. I have owned groomers that took the hair off quicker but with this usually a few runs through the hair it will trim evenly to length wanted.
- Build quality is exceptional (nice weight), also groove (that fits wonderfully in my hand)
- Norelco has improved the material, weight, battery life, and feel of these significantly since my last shaver though.
- works great!! light weight, gives a close shave. no nicks or cuts!!
- You can also flip the trimmer and use either side which is actually really nice and it's light weight which was a surprise to me.
- Design of the product makes it easy to handle on the body.
- Is very easy to use like the older models but this one got a firm touch but also gentle enough to use every 3 to 4 days.
- IT is probably the best down under shaver you are going to find, its light, safe, effective and very very maneuverable.
- Its not heavy and does an absolute awesome job. I was amazed at how close it shaved.
- Higher quality construction than the mangroomer line of products which are made of cheap plastic and don't work well. Easy to use.
- Sometimes I use this dry, and almost always I use this without any shaving cream. You can use this anywhere on your body without accidentally nicking yourself and experiencing searing pain or ever having to endure the loathsome razor burn.
- There are teeth on both sides of the head, so you can get all of those hard to reach places. And the 3 guards are the right sizes for trimming your man hair that you dont want to completely shave off, like your arm pits.
- The unit is easy to power on and off with wet hands since it uses a push button and not a slider.
- My only main issue is the lowest level attachment size is a 1, otherwise your shaving it to bare skin. Why not a few smaller size options below that? No one needs a 2 or 3 for body hair....dumb.
- Also, I found shaving dry instead wet (like in the shower) worked much better as well.
- Don't bother using this in the shower as a wet shaver, it simply doesn't cut well on wet hair.
- he trimmer settings and cut do a good job of getting the right cut and length. The shaver head provide a close comfortable shave. The unit is easy to clean and charge.
- i was so impressed with the trimmer with the preset hair combs, that though i had no intention of using it, i ended up trimming an arm and then the rest of me.
- As advertised it works very well with lather either trimming or saving in the shower and cleans up very well.
- There are no attachments to keep track of, yet it allows you to shave and trim anything in any way you want.
- It's very convenient being able to flip the groomer over to shave or groom without having to change or remove parts. Battery lasts a long time for me but I'd prefer it wasn't nickel metal hydride since you need to wait until it completely discharges before recharging it.
- The charging base is very well designed and a big plus. A charge lasts a very long time.
- Within 6 months, I have only charged the Bodygroom a handful of times. For me the battery lasts weeks, so I have the option to keep the charging cradle in a more inconvenient, hidden place so that I have more space on my countertop.
- The battery holds a great charge and I rarely have to charge but when I do it came with a nice stand with lighting in the groomer to let the user know it is charging and when done.
- The battery lasts well so you will be able go at it and not have it conk out before the job is done.
- This razor does not cause skin irritation or cuts ,the battery life is more than adequate and it has low battery alert this way you are never left with incomplete body grooming job.
- Charges fast, easy to put in and out of charging stand.
- This has everything a guy needs which is a close shave with minimal irritation. The charge lasts a long time - hours and hours. I use it all the time, satisfactory all the way.
- It charged up quickly, and the cradle that comes with it is practical. The trimmer does last as long as advertised.
- The battery charges quick and lasts a long time. It's easy to clean and convenient to store.
- Only 1 gripe is the battery charging and alert mechanism could use an update, i don't like how you don't know what charge level its at before you get into a session, and how they recommend you don't charge until its significantly discharged.
- Battery stops charging after about a year and then you are forced to toss the thing since you can't replace the battery.
