We have owned it 4 months and we love it. It is firm yet gives enough. Just right. We have an adjustable base but the mattress is great on its own.
Had approximately 2 weeks and it s very comfortable and have no complaints so far.
I ordered a base that lets me raise my head when breathing is labored. This gives me relief.
Hybrid is soft, on top, firm and supportive under. previous bed sagged, and back pain every morning.
My back not long hurts the mattress is comfortable you just lay down and falls a sleep.

I love this bed. Love. It's SO soft. But I'll be honest: my opinion is skewed since I've been using a futon for years (perpetual college student, perpetual moving from apartment to apartment - you get the picture).
Have the same mattress in a queen for years and is still comfortable. Firm mattress with a cool, comfortable plush top.
I can honestly say that the Serta Perfect Sleeper Elite Plush Super Pillow Top 700 Innerspring Mattress has provided the best night of sleep that I've had in years
It is more firm than medium feel, which is great. I see the top is very soft and feels different. It's memory foam. The construction of the mattress itself is excellent and I'm sure it will prevent from tossing during the night.
This is a very firm mattress. Also good looking as far as those kind of things go.

This is a very comfortable bed. I have good quality sleep. The only down side is when one of us moves the bed moves quite a lot.
So far we are enjoying our new Sealy Hybrid Performance Copper II Plush and we hope that we are able to get 10 years out of this one as well.
Very pleased with the mattress, it is very comfortable and cool to the touch. Feels great and finally feels good to lay down in comfort after a days work.
Features of spring and foam hybrid as advertised. We got firm but isn't all that firm to me.
The cooling memory foam takes the excess heat away quickly. I believe the one star reviewer below reviewed the wrong mattress because this one doesn’t even have any gel in it and is made with high quality foam so there is no smell.

Serta Elite Plush 700 Perfect Sleeper

I haven't had to clean it, so I don't know if it cleans well. It's a little high off the ground once you factor in a bed frame, but I've never liked camping too close to the floor anyways.
The bed comes packed in very good packing. Solid cardboard and heavy plastic to protect it during shipping.
The quality is excellent in regards to stitching. This is a no flip mattress, meaning you rotate it rather than flip it because only one side of the mattress has padding.
Overall, a very nice mattress that is both comfortable and supportive. For a pillow top, it walks the perfect line between soft but without the sinking feeling.
We bought this mattress for an elderly person in assisted living. She loves the mattress and says it is very comfortable.
