- I have recently installed over 75 1/4" tapcon-like bolts using this tool and it worked flawlessly. Love Ridgid tools.
- Love it. My old Ridgid 3rd gen burnt up after 2 years of heavy use. This drill has more torque and is lighter. Good product.
- It has so much more powerful than the ridgid brush type impact driver and has a higher speed. I am really happy I bought this.
- Definitely an upgrade over the general 4 I do a lot of door hardware and being able to lower the speed and torque is great.
- Plenty of torque and speed. I own other rigid products and am very pleased with the quality and price of this 1.
- Recommended Product I bought this impact drill along with the Milwaukee 2654 3/8" impact wrench, they are almost identical in power. It's crazy to say but this impact driver is so strong I returned the 3/8" impact and bought the big 2763 1/2" high torque impact wrench because I didn't need the 2654!
- This impact wrench rips lug nuts off my 4Runner in seconds, I couldn't believe it. This impact is my go-to for everything. If you're looking at it, buy it.
- More powerful than previous model. I am impressed with the build quality and tight tolerances. Other drivers are powerful, but the Milwaukee seems to have better control and speed variability.
- What an awesome source of POWER! I have never in my life used an Impact Driver with any more torque than this daddy toy! How does Milwaukee do it? I love Milwaukee Tools and they love me from the looks of my garage I am an Ohio State fan with all the red!
- This impact is without a doubt the apex predator. I've had it for one day and I already can't imagine ever using anything else. It simply doesn't quit. The power management is fantastic, while the tool stays relatively cool it delivers massive productivity.
- Great upgrade to the gen 4 impact driver. It's very nice to have the 3 speeds.
- Nice driver, works with batteries from driver I already have.
- This is heavier than some other brands, but with no brushes and variable speeds, it far surpasses all other brands on the market. The 3 speeds still allow you to control the speed with the trigger, but it limits the maximum speed. Using a low speed is nice for more delicate jobs
- The brushless motor gives a noticeable boost to battery life, as well as reduces the amount of noise for which impact drills are famous. The led lights are mounted right by the chuck and THEY ARE BRIGHT!!
- 4" deck screws using t-25 bit over 1,500 screws on one repeat one 4ah battery on high speed (3) in a 9 hr workday
- Only con is that it has a bit noisy motor, compared to Makita,Hilti and others.
- I love this little gun , it has a lot of power and the battery lasts all day.
- the variable speed make projects visually more appealing but aggressive in securing your project. Led light, belt clip, and bit holder adds to the value of this Versatel tool.
- This impact driver is easy to use, lithium-lon battery runs forever and the compact size is greatly appreciated. One of the better tools that I carry.
- This is a great impact driver. It has plenty of torque, but is still small and lightweight. Ive had it for about 8 months, and as a plumber, there hasnt been an obstacle this impact couldnt tackle.
- am a serious industrial contractor and this Impact driver handles the load. The one issue I have has developed after a year of use. The driver direction switch doesn't work sometimes.
