- This backpack is quality, comfortable, and all the compartments in it are well thought out and useful.
- Very light weight, comfortable, and room for snacks. It's been quite helpful for carrying smaller loads and great wight distribution.
- The pack itself is very well designed so that it is comfortable and doesn't put too much weight on your neck or shoulders.
- Quality and comfort is excellent. I've already done a few rides in 90+ degree heat and it isn't a burden to have this on my back.
- I love this pack. Super comfortable and light. I can fit a lot of gear in it if need be, but I prefer to keep it minimal.
- Its very lightweight which is great but the material is very thin so durability is a question.
- Viper 9 is small and comfortable. As it turns out the pack fits great, its light, compact and well ventilated.
- The fit and finish of the pack is great, really nice features. Lots of pockets for storage, the zipper pocket to access the reservoir is very nice, the helmet hook is also nice.
- Its small but for a quick daytrip/walk it is perfectly sized. Has lots of small places inside to store smaller items and you can stuff a jacket or something as well.
- This is the perfect backpack on short or long rides. For its small size, it can hold quite a bit. It is also light and comfortable.
- Perfect size, great for whole day or half day rides, hold plenty of water, comfortable on your back. You almost dont know its there until you want to have a drink.
- I believe the mesh over the Air Scoop back panel is too flexible and cuts off most, if not all, air flow. At the end of today's ride it felt like I'd removed a heating pad from my back
- Very light weight, comfortable, and room for snacks. It's been quite helpful for carrying smaller loads and great wight distribution.
- One really nifty feature is that the hose magnetically latches to the sternum strap, making it super easy to grab and go without a hose dangling around.
- Pockets are big enough to hold tools, extra clothing, food, maps, etc. Different pockets make it easy to separate things as you need.
- The helmet lock is a feature that I never knew I needed until now. The tool pouch is thought out and when I put my air pumps in the bag I realized there was space made for them.
- Very functional, the bladder is easy to remove and replace. The tool area is handy for longer rides.
- The water bladder has an odd fold-over style opening for filling, and an inferior bite valve. It's probably great for emptying and filling water, but not very efficient.
- The hydration reservoir never feels bulky on my back and the magnetic clip on the bite valve is super convenient. The stash pocket on the front is great for stuffing in a jacket.
- The coolest thing to me so far is the helmet holder. Just loop it through your helmet and bam. Its secure.
- The compression straps are great for latching on a hard hat when out on trail maintenance projects. Replacement bite valves are inexpensive.
- The pack is well constructed and features a lot of well-thought out pockets and mesh organizers.
- The only part of the actual pack that I have had issues with is the sternum strap. It will slide off the shoulder straps if you put it at the lowest point.
