This dryer is very powerfull .
Lots of power and pretty quiet considering the amount of power it has.
I like the 6 heat/speed settings.
I have very fine hair, this dryer is great no heavy heat, or static.
The good is that the extreme heat dries my hair much quicker than my previous one, the GHD.

Great product...cord a little long for use here at my home..but I do like it.
This is the best hair dryer i ever had. My hair gets dried so quickly.
Works okay, but everytime I use it, it smells like there is an electrical burn somewhere.
I bought this blow dryer exactly a yr ago this month and it died on me yesterday and I do not even use it every day! I expected a better product from CHI.

The handle is a little short and when I am blow drying my hair I sometime press the button and I get cold air.

I love the attachment that comes with it too.
The attachment falls off but if you press kind of hard it will stay..
The hard plastic attachment has no grip on the dryer, so it just slips right off.
Wish the attachment stayed on better but it's not that big of a deal.
Works reasonably well but the attachments sometimes fall off when I'm using the hair dryer.

CHI MISS UNIVERSE Professional Hair Dryer

The attachment stay on quite firmly which is excellent because I only use the comb attachment to work through my hair.
My hair is a frizzy mess even when using the attachment and a round brush.
I've bought a universal diffuser to use with this hairdryer and even on low heat it really heats up the diffuser attachment.
