Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler

It's the best air cooling device I've owned, simply incredible performance for the price.
Cools processor very well, can achieve between a 10-15 degree temperature drop.
The fan itself is removable from the cooling fins so you can switch it to the other side to change the direction if necessary.
For quiet air cooling, I don't think you can get much better than this without spending way more.
It cools the CPU great and has great airflow through the entire case to help other parts like the RAM.

Relatively easy installation. Good size.
It does not cover anything superfluous with its size.
It is huge. Really huge. I had hard time installing it.

The metal cooling assembly appears to be well constructed, although the fan seems very light duty.
I like the larger sized fan and the fact that it hangs over other key parts of the mobo, keeping them much cooler.
I thought weight might be an issue however this heatsink is light as a feather.
I literally had to change pc cases to accommodate the size.
The heatsink is very heavy so the new mount you have to install is made to disperse the weight and not put too much strain on one small spot on the motherboard.

The cooler was easy to install on the socket 2011 motherboard, and performs well with overclocking.
Well I installed it today which was very easy.
It's big, which means the fan runs lower RPMs, therefore relatively quiet.
Copper heat pipes make direct contact with CPU for efficient heat transfer.
Very silent setup. This monster of a brick in cooling is worth every penny, no bearing noise, easy to install, and is super efficient.

The fan speed is automatically controlled by the system software, depending on how much cooling the CPU needs at the moment.
The fan hasn't noticeably raised the noise level in my PC, which is fairly quiet.
Copper heat pipes just look cool. The copper pipes definitely made a huge difference.
The fan does emit some noise, so I swapped it out for a Noctua fan and again had it them on the lowest settings and i had roughly the same performance, but much quieter.
The only problem this has to me is that it has quite a loud fan, a pair of Good headphones is a requirement to drown out the background noise.
