- This Bike carrier is almost perfect! When set up according to instructions specific to your vehicle it is solid.
- I purchased this for my BMW 330i, to my surprise i could also mount to my wife's Dodge Journey when set up according to instructions specific to that vehicle.
- It is relatively easy to install, has fit every vehicle I've tried to mount it to & does not leave a mark on it, and holds my bikes securely.
- This is versatile rack that can be use whit different cars without transformation in the chasis, and is heavy enough to take care of my bikes.
- Supports my road bikes like there is nothing there. Great product!
- The bike rack seems pretty sturdy.
- I am impressed with the design, quality and construction of the rack.
- It's fairly easy to install and take off, and it is compact and lightweight for storage.
- This is engineered and designed with excellence.
- Easy to put on and very easy to adjust.
- Great great rack if you want to transport kids bikes, mountain bikes, or anything else that doesn't fit on a normal rack's arms.
- Very sturdy with either 1 or 2 bikes on the back. Interestingly, a lot more stable than a hitch mounted platform rack. Don't have to worry about buying anti-wobbling stabilizers, etc.
- It is heavy, but I have made several long trips (8+ hours) on not very good roads and had no problems so far.
- The engineering on this carrier is excellent. The design is flexible enough to allow fitment on most any vehicle.
- This Thule is great product. very durable and stable. also worry free from damages of car and bike.
- Folds up nicely for storage on a garage shelf.
- The anti-sway rung is a very nice touch.
- Plenty of extra strap.
- It holds the bikes really well with minimum movement of the bikes in transit, and relatively easy to install.
- No scratches or marks, the rubber feet work well.
- The rubber seems very soft and unlikely to damage any vehicle.
- The arms that come down and hold the bike work well with super flexible swivel clamps. Seems very secure.
- One nice thing is that it's designed to rest on top of the bumper (at least on my Camry), so all that weight isn't hanging off the trunk lid.
- An incredible machine well designed, constructed and finished to meet the rain and sun and last form many years... and carry two bikes of course.
- I especially like the cables that hold the bike to the car -- steel and encased in plastic, they are neat and can be retracted into the mechanism when you want to store the carrier.
