The two battling tops have even weight distribution and average weight. Adding the semi-aggressive movement patterns, these tops make versatile weapons. You can scan the code on the 'blades to unlock the characters in the Beyblade Burst app, mixing and matching them with different opponents online.
The tower's a bit overpriced.
The Beyblade Burst Evolution Switchstrike Battle Tower enables multi-tiered battles. You can engage in a duel, then flip the stadium over and unleash a battle royale mode, pitting 4 players each other. Each mode has its own rules, with the 5-point gameplay system offering almost endless possibilities.

Artemis A4, with its overall square-shaped design adopting reinforced metal elements and wielding six blades (not unlike Wild Wyvern), will make a tough opponent. The Slingshock rail system will enable you to hurtle the tops around curves, redirecting them towards memorable burst moments.
The plastic is pretty thin.
This battle set will allow you to rush into the battle riding the rails (with the stadium adopting an innovative quadruple rail system), or keep the performance tips in the Ring mode, defending the position you've initially assumed. Rotating multiple attack strategies, the set will let you engage in epic clashes.

The tops come equipped with wide flat bases and sharp tips that protrude right down the middle so that, when you launch these bad boys straight down into the stadium, the protrusions are able to keep the tops stable and prevent stamina loss.
The Beyblades are not necessarily easy to put together.
The dual-rail system that Beyblade Burst Turbo Slingshock Rail Rush Battle Set Game is using will let you propel the 'blades across these rails and into the arena, creating pretty epic collisions. You can also switch between Ring mode and Slingshock mode.

Genesis Valtryek V3 can use a spring blade attack and make in-battle tip changes. Satomb S3 will let you switch between spinning wheels and ground support wheels. Plus, this top comes with an additional frame that can be worn atop the forge disc, stabilizing the 'blade upon collision.
The arena is relatively small.
The Beyblade Burst Evolution Star Storm Battle Set Game is the best set on this list for the youngest bladers. With this set, kids will be able to learn the tops' moves (attack, defense, balance, and stamina) and movement patterns, preparing for more large-scale battles in the future.

Despite the low-end price, the stadium is highly-detailed, making the battles more engaging and immersive. The Beyblades are made from non-toxic plastic, making them safe for kids. The launchers are also made from non-toxic and tough plastic, preventing them from deforming.
The stadium is a little flimsy.
The Beyblade Burst Rise Hypersphere Vertical Drop Battle Se introduces three stadium sections: vertical walls, brink, and the usual ring. When you climb the walls, the top reaches the brink, gaining an opportunity to speed along and create a collision of high intensity.

Beyblade Burst Evolution Switchstrike
Multi-Tiered Battles
The Beyblade Burst Evolution Switchstrike Battle Tower offers a towering battle experience that can be flipped between 2-player and 4-player modes. The set will let you battle an opponent head-to-head, then flip the stadium and fight with 4 players, unleashing a battle royale. Tops will be able to clash and collide, lowering the arena when they feel like it and engaging in multi-tiered battles. As always, each mode includes updated rules with a pretty straightforward point system. The first 'blade that earns 5 points will come out victorious.
From where we're standing, this product is not cutting even the slightest corners, hence the pretty expensive price tag that accompanies the set. Still, considering the 5-point gameplay system that can accommodate 2-tiered battling., the price is quite reasonable.
Of course, these sets are not complete without 2 right-spin launchers and Beyblade burst switchstrike right-spin battling tops: Strike Valtryek V3 and Noctemis N3. The 'blades feature standard weight distribution, average weight, and have moderately aggressive movement patterns, making them versatile weapons.
When all is said and done, the Beyblade Burst Evolution Switchstrike Battle Tower offers thrilling possibilities and unpredictable action that even the most experienced fans will appreciate.
Beyblade Burst Turbo Slingshock Cross
From Ring Mode to Slingshock Mode
The Beyblade Burst Turbo Slingshock Cross Collision Battle Set will have you rushing into the battle with the set's quadruple rail system, amping up head-to-head combat with Beyblade Burst Slingshock tech. When you launch from different sections, the stadium lets you rotate different attacks. Removing the collision center and the rail system from the equation, these sections include the speed cradles that enable you to vary the tops' attack strategies, with launch zones supporting rail-riding.
Furthermore, you can customize the tops' energy layer, choosing the spin direction with combination layers and direction-changing chips. Counting the chips, you'll be working with eight possible combinations. But the best part is the Slingshock performance tips on the 'blades, adopting rail-riding padding that lets you convert the battle from the Ring mode to Slingshock mode.
The plastic is pretty thin, that's where this battle set drops the ball. Where the proverbial ball is picked up and launched into space is with Artemis A4, the battle top that comes with the package. While Astro A4 is no slouch either, the overall square-shaped design with six blades (akin to Wild Wyvern) and the robust metal elements make this top the toughest opponent, giving you a considerable competitive edge over your adversaries.
Beyblade Burst Turbo Slingshock Rail Rush
Intense Head-to-Head Battles
The Beyblade Burst Turbo Slingshock Rail Rush Battle Set Game is not the biggest change from the previous battle set, as you've probably already guessed. Using the dual-rail system, you'll be propelling the tops through the rails and into the battle ring, creating intense head-to-head clashes. The set adopts the same Slingshock rail system, letting you hurtle Wonder Valtryek V4 and Z Achilles A4 around the curves and redirect them towards each other, setting up awesome burst moments. The alternative option is keeping the performance tips that the tops come armed with the Ring mode, defending the initial position on the stadium.
Back to the tops though, they both feature wide flat bases with sharp tips protruding in the middle, borrowing inspiration from Fusion. When you launch them straight down the stadium, the sharp protrusion keeps the Beyblades stable, preventing stamina loss. Switching back to the Slingshock mode, you extend the tips, elevating the top and making the movement pattern more aggressive.
The tops look a little cheap compared to the previous entry on this list, that's one gripe we have with the subject set. Besides that, the Beyblade Burst Turbo Slingshock Rail Rush Battle Set Game will create and support pretty epic clashes.
Beyblade Burst Evolution Star Storm
Switch up the Striking Powers
The Beyblade Burst Evolution Star Storm Battle Set Game is plenty fun. But the jury is still out on the arena's size. Measuring just 14.6 x 14.5 x 3.56 inches, this is the most compact battle arena within this selection, the selection that already hosts primarily small arenas.
On the upside, the set employs the SwitchStrike feature that is usually reserved for more expensive Beyblade sets. With this feature, you can affect the way the tops behave. The players controlling Genesis Valtryek V3 will be able to switch between spring blade attacks and perform in-battle tip changes, while the ones behind Satomb S3 will be working with spinning wheels and ground support wheels. Also, while most Beyblades are made from 3 parts, Satomb S3 incorporates 4, with the additional component being the frame that you can put on the forge disc, stabilizing the top upon collision.
Not necessarily reinventing the wheel, setting aside the stadium and the 2 right-spin tops, the package includes 2 right-/left-spin launchers and an instruction manual that helps beginners piece the set together and outlines the rules. So, get ready to switch up the striking powers on the small arena that will be able to host big battles, both scale- and strategy-wise.
Beyblade Burst Rise Hypersphere
Climb the Walls
The Beyblade Burst Rise Hypersphere Vertical Drop Battle Set comes from a different angle, introducing three different sections to make the battles more exciting. These sections include the vertical wall, brink, and battle ring. Climbing the wall, you can reach the brink and gain an edge over the opponent. Then, you can speed along the brink, dropping into the ring to create a high-intensity collision. The tops that come with this set are Ace Dragon D5 and Bushin Ashindra A5, with the former being an Attack type and the latter a Defense type.
Some believe that the defensive one usually comes out victorious, but the results will always depend on the skill and experience of the one launching the 'blade. Plus, same as all Beyblades, the three separate parts that these tops are made from can be mixed and matched, creating more exciting match-ups.
The part that you cannot mix and match is the stadium, which is pretty awesome when you look at the arena from the design angle but, from the construction viewpoint, the plastic that the stadium is made of is pretty flimsy, so we would recommend erring on the side of caution. As long as you do that, this arena will be able to host three-dimensional, high-intensity battles.
What Are Beyblades?
The initial early 2000s craze faded out. Nevertheless, with devoted fans and companies like Hasbro supporting them (and making a nice chunk of money in the process), Beyblades seem intent on coming back, so all aboard the nostalgia train, next stop - fun clashes and epic collisions for all ages above 8. For those who have no idea what we're talking about, Beyblades are high-performance whirling toys that can spin at respectable speeds for a long time. The goal here is to stop the opposing 'blade or, best-case scenario, make the enemy's champion burst into separate pieces.
Speaking of which, these spinning toys are usually made from 3-4 pieces. Since the pieces are interchangeable, you can mix and match pieces from different sets (somewhat like LEGOs), creating different match-ups when you feel like the previous one(s) were uneven. These toys come with launchers that you use to send them spinning into action and, last but not least, stadiums/arenas that host the battles and introduce different features and elements to make them more engaging.
Depending on the kid's age, you can also consider these RC cars, slot cars, or rod hockey options.
