iXCC Extra Long
Unrivalled in Sound Transfer
This item by iXCC is one of the best AUX cables out there today when it comes to quality. First of all, it's long, whole 10 ft, making it possible to connect two devices even if they are not standing next to each other. The manufacturer offers shorter options if you don't need your cable this long. But the main thing that encourages people to opt for this model is, of course, its sound transfer parameters.
The stereo 3.5 mm AUX cable by iXCC has several technologies implemented that make it this good. Its plugs are gold-plated to provide excellent connection to your gadgets whereas the dual-shielded cord preserves the sound quality and blocks out the interferences. The cord is designed to minimize the possibility of tangling, therefore, you won't have to go crazy over untangling it after storing for some time.
Great AUX Cord for Car
Thanks to a 10 ft length, using it in practically any vehicle is easy and convenient.
No Fuss with Cases
The slightly longer plug will stick in the port of your smartphone or tablet without any problems even if you carry them in protective cases. No need to take the case off.
Music Library at Hand
Today we carry our most loved music with us at all times—smartphones, tablets, netbooks. With a cable like this one, you can connect to any audio system to comfortably listen to your favorite melodies and songs in top-notch quality.

ivanky AC02
Worthy Competitor
There is little reason to question the quality of the AUX cord by IVANKY. After all, the manufacturer is so sure in it that they offer an unconditional lifetime warranty upon registration. That counts as something.
The dual-shielded cable has a copper shell of integral forming. Thanks to this, the noise interference is much lower than with aluminum shell, the signal is clearer and almost never lost. The cable durability was tested with 10,000 bends which the item passed with flying numbers meaning it will serve you for years to come. The length of this particular model is 8 ft, which is fairly long but you can choose a bundle purchase of two 4 ft cables. There is also a selection of colors—black, silver, and red. The 3.5 mm connectors are gold-plated.
Will Live Through Anything
The connectors here are extremely strong, you won't have to look for a replacement for a long time.
Any Device
Whatever the device, if it has a 3.5 mm interface, this auxiliary cord will connect to it and provide a stable sound.
Why Cable?
Today, many devices can transmit audio via Bluetooth, for example. It's a great option, you can thus use your smartphone with Bluetooth speakers on-the-go. But there is a "but" in this—even the most modern Bluetooth-enabled gadget is still lacking in transmission quality compared to a cable. Therefore, if you have a choice and quality is important to you, we recommend to go with a cable.

Anker AK-A7123011
Good Affordable Cable
Anker AUX cables are made with quality in mind, so much so that they rightfully stand among the most popular models in the line. They provide one of the best sound quality without much loss between two devices.
The main distinguishing feature here is slightly longer connectors. They are made this way for you to use the cable with your smart gadgets without having to take off the hard protective cases that sometimes get in the way when you try to plug in some other connectors. The premium metal plugs on this AUX cord are gold-plated, as it is generally considered the best option for the clearest sound transfer. The cord is sturdy and is stated to be able to endure over 10,000 bends. It is 4 ft long so you might not be able to connect devices at a distance but still, it's enough in most cases. You can select between red and black cords.
Perfect Connector
The connector's 14.5 mm length and 5.7 mm diameter in the top part make this AUX cable a perfect item to join a wide variety of gadgets.
Enhanced Durability
The cable is made with the addition of aramid fibers. Aramids are known to have high tensile strength and thermal durability.

Ritz-Mart LYSB01APR8G5S
Digitize It
When you need not only to transfer the sound from one gadget to another but also convert an analog signal into a digital one, this Ritz-Mart model will come to your rescue. It is a USB to AUX cable, essentially, it has a 3.5 mm plug on one end and a USB 2.0 male connector on the other. With this USB AUX cable and specific software, you can easily convert music from some old-ish cassette or even vinyl into mp3 files. Just stick the USB plug into your laptop or PC and launch the soft.
You can also use this auxiliary cord to connect a gadget without a 3.5 mm port (but with a USB) to an audio system but we'd recommend checking with the manufacturer beforehand to avoid any compatibility issues. All in all, it's a fairly versatile solution.
By the Way
The TRS connector (a. k. a. the jack plug) is a three-contact one and can not only transfer sound as it is but also carry your voice back, meaning you can use AUX cables with your headset.
No Strain
This USB to AUX cable has a strain relief at both ends, therefore, it is less likely to break soon if you happen to bend it often.
New Life to Your Old Records
As we've mentioned before, this USB AUX cable is good to convert your old vinyl records into digital formats. Now you can give new life to your old songs by connecting your turntable to a PC.

UGREEN Right Angle
More Convenient Than You'd Think
When it comes to mobile devices like smartphone and tablets, convenience in additional items is a must. UGREEN 3.5 mm AUX cable is a good choice to make in regards to this. The cable is flat, which makes it hard to tangle even if you want to. Still, it is also copper shielded to screen any interference and bring you the best sound quality. But what's the best is that one of the connectors is angled. Why is it the best? Well, if you carry your phone in your pocket with headphones plugged in you probably know how fast the headphones cable can be damaged because of accidental bending. This won't happen to UGREEN. Add here the gold-plated plugs encased in a chrome body and you get a nice stable connection and good signal.
Choose Your Style
The manufacturer offers this cable in three colors: black, red, and white. See what's good with your image.
Ultra Compact
The cord is 1.5 mm thick and 3.9 mm wide, it won't get in the way of your movement.

What is an AUX cable?
When you need to transfer an audio signal between devices there are usually several options one of which is a 3.5 mm AUX cable. There is a 3.5 mm jack in almost any modern device capable of playing sound, therefore, AUX cables are also in fairly high demand. Here in this review, we've selected five most popular AUX cords and chances are you will find a perfect one for your particular needs.
If you need a cable for both audio and video signal transfer, check out our HDMI cables review. And if the time came for you to replace your old Ethernet cable, we have some suggestions for you, too.
What Features to Compare
Intended Use
Depending on your particular goal for buying an AUX cable there are parameters to consider. For example, length. Simple connection to an audio system close at hand and with conveniently located ports won't require long cables whereas listening to your smartphone/player/tablet music in the car will be tricky with a short cable. And make sure to check the connectors—some media only have digital interfaces like USB so in this case, it would be smart to opt for a USB-to-AUX cable instead of AUX-to-AUX one.
Quality Issues
AUX cables transfer audio signals, that's their primary task. And the cable quality directly affects the sound quality you receive at the output. First things first, look at the connectors. The gold-plated ones deliver the highest quality signal as they are better connecting to the devices. The specs sheets also usually state the cable shielding information and, generally, the more layers the better—you won't get much interference. Usually, double-shielded cables offer you the clearest sound. Also, check out what materials the cord and the connectors are made from—you'll want your AUX cable to serve you for a long time without a glitch.
Convenience
Think about the hours you'll spend untangling the thin cord if you often carry it around like in a pocket or in a bag. Not much joy in it, right? Thicker round and flat cables are much more convenient this way as they either do not get tangled or are easy enough to untangle in mere minutes. Then there is the connector shape. Some connectors are made at an angle which might be convenient in certain cases (for example if sticking a conventional plug in a port results in cord bending). Look where the 3.5mm ports on your gadgets are located and see if it will be hard to connect and disconnect your auxiliary cord.
