What customers say about "Key Specs"
Plantronics BackBeat FIT 2100 Wireless Headphones
- They sound great and I don’t have too much trouble of the sound jumping in and out.
- The sounds quality when streaming sounds slightly better than the previous model, which was already close to but not quite as good as my wired earpods.
- Battery life and bluetooth connectivity have been very good. Sound quality is very reasonable for this type of headphones.
- The reason i was looking for a replacement is because the battery now lasts maybe 4-5 hours down from 7-8 originally.
- Battery life is a bit of a boast to be honest. Not really 7 hours most of the time. While you can get a solid 8-9 hours at the same volume on the older models.
Plantronics BackBeat Fit 3100 True Wireless Earbuds
- Battery life is WAY less than advertised - I typically start getting "low battery" alerts around two hours.
- Cool design. Battery life was okay. Synced and stayed connected with no issues.
- The battery life is long. The sound is not very isolating, so you can hear the road--and airport loudspeakers.
- There are sound balancing issues between the left and right earbuds. Sound will stop playing in one and thwn alternate.
- The buds cut in and out during audio. The battery life is terrible. They are super uncomfortable compared to older gen.

What customers say about "Features"
Plantronics BackBeat FIT 2100 Wireless Headphones
- The rubber on the part going in the ears is softer and more comfortable than the previous model.
- One nice this is that the battery level is reported to your phone over the Bluetooth link so that you're able to see the percentage in your Bluetooth settings.
- The fit was great! I have a lot of trouble finding headphones that fit. Even with over-ear can style headphones, my ears start to hurt after a while.
- The app always says over 6 hours listening, but not even close.
- There is one thing that's inferior to the prior model and that is the actual voice alert telling you about the battery life. It sounds static-y.
Plantronics BackBeat Fit 3100 True Wireless Earbuds
- When I'm out on a run, or walking the dog, I really need to hear traffic. These headphones provide that.
- I can hold a conversation with these still in my ears, which comes in handy more often than I expected.
- Connectivity is good -- I've had only a couple of drop-outs, and those were just a fraction of a second.
- No strap in the back of your head to interfere with sunglass tethers, olympic bar squats, etc. I love the freedom.
- I had a single instance when the two earbuds weren’t quite synchronized - the sound in one ear was slightly later than the other.

What customers say about "Power"
Plantronics BackBeat FIT 2100 Wireless Headphones
- The battery life is great, the bluetooth connection is quick, and they are small and tough, making them easy to carry around.
- Battery life is good. I never had an issue with battery running out during use.
- Battery is good, get about 5-6 hours of full time talk time before they need to be charged again.
- The one thing I find annoying is that once it starts going down on battery life, to medium battery, you have about 45 mins until there dead.
- I enjoyed it until the battery was draining fast. After a full charge, it shut off at 75 minutes.
Plantronics BackBeat Fit 3100 True Wireless Earbuds
- I actually like the battery charging case better than plugging in the headphones. Even with 5 hours battery instead of 7-8 hrs, the recharge in the case is more convenient.
- Great quality. Battery lasts forever. Highly recommend these to anyone looking.
- The battery has been lasting around five hours, which is good for truly wireless.
- The battery life is poor. Carrying around the case all day is also super annoying.
- The lifetime of the headphones after each charge is not the five hours that it claims. I get maybe 2 hours worth of battery life in the right headphone.
