So while we wish an "on/off" switch was available for the light to make the John Timberland Namaste a viable choice for use in bedrooms, it’s still a very impressive tabletop fountain. Fill its basin with the complimentary decorative pebbles and enjoy the zen of the running water in the comfort of your home.

While having a fountain on your work desk can be a good way to keep your head clear, the sound of the falling water can get a tad distracting when you need to concentrate hard on some particularly important task. Its pump has a special “dimmer” that you can adjust to choose how heavy the water flow will be. That said, the Kenroy Home 50307SLCOP is still one of the best tabletop fountains for an office as well as for your home. A simple feature like the regulated water flow really makes a difference in how noticeable the fountain is and how appropriate it is for a work setting.

This protects the fountain from rust as well as enhancing the natural look. A trinket this sturdy and compact can easily be placed on your table without taking up too much space or being endangered by a rowdy pet.

Of course, no product is perfect and we did feel like the Bits and Pieces COMINHKPR76530 had to be refilled a bit too often, the water running out almost daily. Otherwise, the pump won’t be submerged, causing a bit more noise than we'd like. But as long as you take proper care of the fountain, it will make for a nice and quaint home decoration. As the Bits and Pieces model is quite affordable, we can recommend it to those seeking a basic and stylish indoor fountain.
