What customers say about "Key Specs"
Segway ES1 Kick Scooter
- Absolutely love my scooter so far! It rides well and gets me where I need to go.
- So far I'm pretty happy with it. It's not exactly high-speed, BUT it needs to be said that I'm not a small guy. At 220 lbs, I'm right on the operational weight limit.
- Love it! Bought it for my wife who loves it equally as much.
- Loving it so far after one week. 13 mph top speed for my size around 185lbs.
Segway ES2 Kick Scooter
- My body weight is 195lbs when im on flat ground the speed get's up 16 and when going up hill i drop's a little to 9
- They DO go 15mph, and that's plenty fast enough to give you a thrill if not scare you a bit.
- Wear a helmet. It will absolutely get you to a speed where it will Hurt Very Bad if you fall off.

What customers say about "Construction"
Segway ES1 Kick Scooter
- The ride is a little rough, but will never experience flat tires.
- Seems lighter, easier to fold, has solid tires no worries about flats Look really cool and modern and rides great!
- The scooter is well built and the tires take bumps very well
- The brakes on the scooter failed while going down a hill leaving me skidding across the road and totaling the scooter.
- Brakes malfunctioned on third day of use. Not ready for market imo
- Unfortunately about three hours in and it seems my brakes failed.
Segway ES2 Kick Scooter
- The brakes work well and they work fast so be prepared to bend the legs and brace for a quick stop if you have to stop quickly.
- The built is solid and durable, still use it carefully
- The electric brake reacts softly but precisely. I’m really in love with this thing!
- The wheels are solid which makes for harder bumps. It makes a loud sound when you go over a dip in the road.
- After just TWO days of owning it, the stem came loose. I am not kidding. This scooter can’t handle a few bumps.
- No physical brake. The electronic brake (on all of them) gives out or doesn't respond which is very dangerous at times.

What customers say about "Features"
Segway ES1 Kick Scooter
- Great battery life. Super convenient for a walkable city like Cambridge.
- Charge time is fast, but in Super Scooty mode, the battery will drain fairly quickly
- Its fast at a steady 13 Mph and its range seems amazing for as little as the batteries must be.
- the cruise control turns off with vibrations, and I think it is because the speed control moves with sudden vibrations
Segway ES2 Kick Scooter
- The battery does last as long as the company states. It goes for a WHILE.
- Smooth ride due to forward and rear shock absorption.
- Meets speed and battery life expectations
- Only complaint is the suspension in the back it makes quite a bit of noise at times while riding it.
- The cruise control is a nice feature, but is difficult to set on any speed other than full throttle since you need to hold a constant throttle for 3-5 seconds to get it to set.
