What customers say about "Key Specs"
LOOK Cycle KEO 2 Max Pedal
- Very easy to get into and easier to get out. Never worried about taking a tumble.
- Replaced my Shimano 105 SPD's with these and couldn't be happier. Clipping in is now a breeze.
- I've been riding on these for over a month now, and they are really easy to clip in and clip out of.
- Been riding it 1 full season now. Great stable platform, great with the Keo cleats. Seems durable and well built.
- Easy in and out and the Keo cleats are pretty easy to walk in as well (for limited walking, of course).
Shimano 105-5800 Road Pedal
- Had a lot of anxiety about getting used to clipping in and out but these pedal combined with basic Shimano shoes work perfectly.
- If you are in the market for some quality light road pedals, the 105s are the best bet.
- They are so easy to clamp into and release from. I have the tension set to the lightest as I have small feet and frame and it still takes a good hard twist to release my foot.
- My old Ultegra's were tried and true but very heavy compared to these Carbon Composite's.
- Haven't tried any other SDP-SL pedals, but I would recommend the 5800 to anyone who likes the SPD-SL cleats because these are high quality and easy to clip in and out.

What customers say about "Features"
LOOK Cycle KEO 2 Max Pedal
- The way these are weighted and the lip on the front to catch the cleat make all the difference.
- It's always nice to have adjustable tension because if you ever switch to lower float cleats or get stronger, you might need to crank it up a bit.
- They look great and do the job well. I highly recommend them.
- Recently I bought a pair of the Keo 2 Max and WOW, light, easy and well made. 200 miles in and very happy.
- I love these pedals on my racing road bikes. Durable and easy to release. Very comfortable and they look great.
Shimano 105-5800 Road Pedal
- When it comes to pedals, the 105s are just as good as the Ultegra and Dura-Ace options. They are nice and wide, offer the ability to adjust tension, and still being in the upper tier, are light.
- I absolutely love these pedals and I use the yellow accented cleats that came with them which give me just enough rotation. There is no negative to these pedals. One of my best upgrades so far.
- I Bought these to replace Shimano SPD-SL Ultegra pedals. The quality of these 5800 is roughly the same - the pedal looks virtually identical except for the spindle.
- I was getting hot spots under my foot and wanted a larger platform and these are great.
- These cleats can be adjusted somewhat side to side, combine that with the wider cleat, it makes for a ride with MUCH LESS foot fatigue!
