Aside from peek-a-boo windows, the extra-large canopies are adopting flip-out sun visors, protecting little ones' eyes from the sun. The stroller is car seat compatible with Graco® SnugRide® Click Connect™, Chicco® KeyFit® 30, Chicco® Fit2®, and Baby Trend® Secure Snap Gear® 35.
Putting the seat back up is a two-handed task that can be quite difficult at times.

Between multiple pockets and holders, you'll be able to carry more stuff with you without occupying your hands.

Pockets and Baskets that do not Quit
The Summer 3Dpac CS+ Double Stroller is the only stroller on this list that accommodates two babies, allowing children to ride side-by-side. Taking that alone into consideration, you can already recommend this product to parents with twins.
That being said, twin strollers are not anything new, so fitting two seats alone does not separate this product from most positions on the market today. The lightweight frame that measures 30 inches wide yet weighs less than 23 pounds does though, easily fitting through most standard doors yet proving tough as nails and twice as durable.
The model's load capacity is also quite considerable, supporting two six-month toddlers 50 pounds each without breaking two sweats. Now, the individual multi-position recline seats will allow you to make even the most capricious babies comfortable but putting the seat back up is a two-handed task that can be quite difficult at times, so there's that to "look forward to".
Still, we can forgive the transgression, because the product is packing more than enough excellent features to offset that. These include the extra-large storage basket that easily fits multiple grocery bags, purses, and more. These also include the parent storage pockets that do not quit, accommodating not only the largest smartphones but also tablets, books, you name the item.
Best Lightweight Twin Stroller
Sometimes, the smallest details can make the product's case. These details are abundant here, but the two extra-large canopies probably take the case because, in addition to the peek-a-boo windows that most lightweight strollers are adopting these days, the canopies are also incorporating flip-out sun visors. Needless to say, these work wonders protecting babies' eyes from sunlight.
In other respects, the product is not that different from its competition. You have the adjustable leg rests that accommodate different heights and allow the buggie to grow with the child. You also have the automatic lock preventing accidents and the child sippy cup pockets freeing tiny hands from holding the cups.
Despite its somewhat bulky size (compared to single strollers), the model, when folded, measures modest 14.3 x 30 x 23.75 inches and offers a comfortable carry handle to enable convenient transportation.
Bottom line, parents with twins that do not like standard bulky strollers cannot go wrong with the Summer 3Dpac CS+ Double Stroller. With this product, you'll remain as comfortable as the babies sitting inside.

Accommodating Growing Children
The Chicco Liteway Stroller starts with the moon gray paintwork, making the lightweight product look much more elegant than the price would suggest. When unfolded, the baby carriage measures 34.5 x 18.5 x 40 inches, compact enough to simplify outings and getaways. Closed, the carriage folds to 10 x 46 x 11.75 inches, easily fitting most trunks. To add more, the automatic storage latch will allow you to fold this stroller within seconds and without worrying about the carriage unfolding when you least expect it. Aside from the 3D-style fold, there's also the carry handle that lets you transport this thing without much discomfort.
Because the model's been designed so compact, certain compromises were inevitable, including the basket area underneath that is somewhat inconvenient to access and does not hold as much as some would prefer. Still, the basket can keep most on-the-go essentials close at hand, so we're not that upset about it. We're certainly not upset about the backrest that you can easily adjust using one hand. Offering four position options, the backrest accommodates growing children.
The Ride Remains Smooth
Where babies are concerned, safety is paramount, even more so than normally. Besides the standard 5-point safety harness that makes sure the little one cannot escape its seat without your approval, this baby carriage is equipped with a rear-wheel suspension and optional front swivels, keeping the ride smooth from surface to surface, absorbing bumps, and ensuring complete safety. At the same time, the toe-tap brakes will enable easy parking, preventing the carriage from moving when parked.
You can adjust and remove the canopy, shielding the little one from sunlight and featuring a peek-a-boo window that lets you keep an eye on the baby. Not unlike the model's peers, the Chicco Liteway Stroller comes equipped with an adjustable leg rest, offering added comfort and extra support. Adding more, the carriage is featuring this nice little cup holder for parents that keeps you as comfortable as the baby. We would not mind seeing sippy cup pocket(s) next time though since babies do not like holding cups themselves too.
Even so, the Chicco Liteway Stroller is an easy product to recommend. The stroller looks good, it is easy to bring with you, easy to fold and to unfold. The reclining seat enables comfortable napping and the suspension system keeps the ride smooth, preventing the napping baby from waking up.

All-Terrain Wheels and Front Suspension
The Kolcraft Cloud Plus Lightweight Travel Stroller puts the "lightweight" in the "lightweight stroller". Weighing only 11.8 pounds, the carriage's presence is barely noticeable. You can fold this thing with one hand and carry it with the same hand. Plus, the self-standing folding mechanism will let you do so without balancing the stroller against some object.
More often than not, these lightweight models are compact and nimble, sure, but they're not the most enduring kind. This is not the case with this one. Despite its lightweight build, this baby carriage ensures the smoothest ride, primarily thanks to its all-terrain wheels and front suspension. From cobblestone streets to bumpy dirt roads, the stroller glides over them without disturbing the napping baby.
In the meantime, the three-tier, extended canopy will be providing maximum UV protection, while the peek-a-boo window will let you keep a watchful eye on the little one. Plus, you can always expand the window and tuck it away when needed.
Again, from the model's size, you'd expect certain comfort trade-offs. Yet again, this is not quite the case. Aside from the parent tray that, despite featuring two drink holders, might not accommodate some cups, the carriage is as comfortable as its more sizable competition.
Extra Storage Area
Going down the list, even portable strollers these days are not complete without storage baskets, hence the model's roomy storage basket that easily holds all baby's necessities and that you can access without curling and twisting your back. Also, apart from the basket underneath, the carriage offers extra storage area below the drink holders that we have mentioned before. There, you can put books, small grocery bags, toys, and more. The baby will have his own tray too, by the way, fitted with dual cup and juice box holders and that you can remove when it is not necessary.
From the size angle, when unfolded, this baby carriage measures 41.7 x 17.6 x 29.9 inches. When folded, these numbers are reduced to 18 x 34 x 12 inches. Truth be told, there are even more compact folding strollers out there but those models usually weigh more than this one. What's more, generally speaking, those models are not endowed with the multi-position reclining seat that this stroller is endowed with. When you also take into account the affordable price, currently selling for less than $70, the Kolcraft Cloud Plus Lightweight Travel Stroller becomes the most attractive option within its price bracket.

An Enjoyable Ride
The Graco Verb Stroller is as tiny as the babies this carriage has been designed to accommodate. When you close and fold this adorable baby vehicle, the carriage shrinks to 17 x 18 x 11.65 inches, so you can easily carry it with one hand and just as easily fit the stroller inside the smallest trunks. Even more important is that this baby carriage accepts all Graco® Click Connect™ infant car seats, featuring the Click Connect tech that gives you a secure one-second attachment and that audible click that lets you know the baby will remain safe and sound on the road.
When you and the baby are out and about, the ride will also remain safe, and enjoyable too. Owing to the locking front-swivel wheels, the stroller's able to ensure excellent maneuverability and provide extra control, whereas the suspension system will prevent bumps and small potholes from making the ride less smooth. Even though the unfolded stroller measures no more than 40 x 18 x 25 inches, even six-month-old babies that weigh as much as 50 pounds will sit and lie there snug and cozy. Using the multi-position reclining seat, you will be able to make the seat conducive towards comfortable napping too.
Now, before shifting gears and addressing the holders, baskets, and so on, the colors on these portable strollers can be different from advertised, so do not be surprised if you receive a product that looks somewhat different (shade-wise) from the one you thought you were ordering.
Convert from a 3- to 5-Point Harness
When you set everything we have outlined above aside, the model's not unlike most lightweight strollers. The tray next to the handle offers two cup holders that accept most cups and bottles and a small storage basket for everyday essentials. Underneath the seat, you'll find the main storage basket, roomy enough to accommodate two sizable grocery bags and, with extra clearance at the back, remain easily accessible. Kids are not the biggest fans of holding their cups too, so the people behind this product did not forget to also add a child's tray with cup holder pivots for no-fuss stroller entry.
From the safety perspective, the stroller offers you a convertible 3- or 5-point harness, so you can make the tiniest toddlers and relatively large, six-month-old babies equally safe and comfortable throughout the ride.
To sum up, the Graco Verb Stroller is not the cheapest product within this selection but, considering its reduced footprint, excellent maneuverability, and an easy folding mechanism, the majority of active parents will appreciate the stroller regardless.

A Little One for Little Ones
The Baby Trend Rocket Stroller is the most inexpensive product within this lineup. At less than $45, this is an impressive carriage, even though not without its flaws (cannot avoid those when you keep the price tag as low as it is). The biggest issue we have with this one is that the parent "tray" that the manufacturers rightfully refer to as a parent organizer is made of fabric, not plastic. As you can imagine, an organizer made of fabric like this one (and it is a roomy one, with a zippered compartment and three separate holders) is not as comfortable when it comes to keeping drinks there as plastic trays. On the upside, you can store much more stuff there compared to standard parent trays.
Besides that, the one-section canopy is not as great at shielding the little one from sunlight as the umbrella strollers we have reviewed before, even though it is adjustable and removable so, more often than not, you'll be able to ensure sufficient UV protection. And, as the removable part suggests, when the sun is gone, you can separate the canopy from the stroller to enable an unobstructed view.
The upside is the model's size and weight. Folded, this baby carriage sits at ~6 x 42 x 10.5 inches, pretty conservative numbers even compared to most lightweight strollers. From that, the carriage unfolds to ~40 x 18 x 29.5 inches, which is, again, quite compact. Weight-wise, the model's measuring 13.5 pounds, so you can easily carry this stroller with one hand.
Comfort-Grip Handles
Not the biggest distinction point but something that we find interesting about this model's the two comfort-grip handles that have been added replacing the standard horizontal handle that most strollers are using. From where we're standing, these handles are more comfortable, even though it is pretty subjective.
What's not subjective is that the dual front and back wheels take on pavement blocks and cobblestone roads without making the ride jerky and bumpy so that the little one inside can nap while you're "driving" him around. The foot-activated dual-rear brakes will enable easy parking and bring the carriage to an abrupt halt when necessary so, along with the 5-point safety harness, you do not have to worry about your baby's safety.
Last but not least, the model features a storage basket underneath the seat, not the biggest one but roomy enough to accept sizable grocery bags.
Long story short, parents that are on a budget but do not wish to compromise on their child's comfort and safety should definitely consider this lightweight stroller.

What Is a Lightweight Stroller?
How often do you find yourself trying to squeeze a pram into the trunk when packing for a weekend on the beach or a picnic with friends or dragging a bulky buggy behind you when commuting across the city streets or shopping with your child? Recognize that pain? If so, it’s time to consider buying a lightweight stroller.
What makes lightweight strollers stand out is a simple small-sized design, easily foldable construction, and fairly low weight as compared to their full-size counterparts so you can quickly collapse it and carry with ease, whenever you need. With that, these strollers are usually durable enough to withstand extensive daily use without compromising your and your baby’s comfort.
Here are some of the major advantages of lightweight strollers over heavier rivals:
- As the name suggests, these strollers are compact in size and lightweight that makes them exceptionally travel-friendly and fit for trips by car, plane, bus, train, or even underground.
- As compact as they are, lightweight models easily fold into an even more compact size for convenient storage anywhere in a closet or cabinet. Likewise, they quickly unfold to be ready for use in an instant.
- The models we're reviewing are easy to navigate and maneuver in crowded places and narrow spaces. Whether you stroll in the park or try to make your way through the city mall, a lightweight stroller will be your best companion.
- Last but not least, these strollers are usually less expensive than bigger strollers. Without hitting your budget too much, they provide really good value for the money.
One more piece of baby gear all moms and dads will appreciate is a baby carrier that will let you hold your little one close to you while on the go.
What Features to Compare
Choosing a baby carriage is a very responsible task. You are going to use it on a daily basis, so, it should suit you and your kid to a tee. With a lightweight stroller, even some special care is needed since, despite the compactness and low weight, it should deliver all the functions you expect from a good stroller. Hence, there are some basic aspects to pay attention to when selecting a stroller for your child.
Type
By design, lightweight strollers are divided into single and double models meant to carry one baby or two kids at a time accordingly. Though noticeably heavier than single models, double strollers of this type are also fairly portable and easy to handle around and transport while providing the ultimate convenience to stroll with twins.
By a folding mechanism, you can differentiate between umbrella and fold-in-half models. The first type really reminds of an umbrella when folded and works great for carrying around in your hands and getting on in public transport. Fold-in-half buggies do exactly what they say - they fold in half, with a seat bending forward to the wheels. This type of folding mechanism allows for quick one-hand unfolding and is a great choice for storing in a car boot and traveling.
Maximum Load
The maximum stroller load is the maximum weight of the kid it can carry. Usually, lightweight models are not meant for more than 55 lbs, with the lightest of them designed for carrying up to 30-33 lbs. Yet, in total, it’s a decent weight capacity that will suffice for using most models until your kiddie is 3 years old, which is the age when most infants are not very eager to sit in a stroller.
Wheels
An important part of each and every stroller, the wheels determine both the stroller’s stability and maneuverability. Wheels with spring suspensions or built-in bearing not only ensure smooth and bump-free rides but are also sturdier and more durable. Swivel front wheels will ensure easy steering and navigation while a locking mechanism will block them in place when better stability is needed.
Safety Features
Keeping your baby not only comfy but also ultimately safe during your outings is of utmost importance. Hence, a five-point harness (which is considered the safest), a functional and protective sun hood, and solid brakes are a must for safe and convenient rides for both of you.
Usability
When it comes to usability features, it is usually about the parent’s and child’s comfort. Thus, a wide-enough padded seat, a reclinable backrest, and a convenient footrest are absolute must-haves to help your baby lounge in comfort. Many modern lightweight models have backrests that fold to a lie-down position, thus, making a decent alternative for full-size models suitable from birth. To further enhance the kiddie’s comfort and let you stroll in any weather, the buggies come packed with adjustable canopies featuring ventilation windows and often are fitted with rain covers.
Meanwhile, for the sake of the parents’ convenience, the strollers are equipped with soft and comfortable handles, shopping baskets underneath, on-hand foldable mechanisms, and might even come packed with shoulder straps and storage bags for hassle-free handling and storing.

Stroller Safety Tips
Baby’s safety is one of the biggest concerns for all parents when selecting baby gear. A stroller is not an exception. Even more, for a stroller, safety features are the first to be checked since when you are out and about with your little one, you want to rest assured that your baby is duly protected and the risk of injury is close to none. And though all modern models are fitted with a safety harness and seat belt, there are a lot more other features contributing to the overall stroller’s safety. So, we’ve made a short list of safety tips to keep in mind when buying a baby stroller:
Secure and reliable brakes. Many parents somewhat disregard this feature. Yet, just like parking a car with brakes on, the stroller’s wheels should be also blocked as you stop. Good brakes are smooth and easy to operate, whatever your footwear. And it’s advisable to give preference to brakes that will lock two wheels.
Stability. Never sacrifice the stroller sturdiness and stability to modern design trends and style. The main aspect that makes a buggy stable and sturdy is a wide enough wheel-base. Though slimmer bases are more compact and look more refined, a broader base counterbalances the weight of a loaded seat and minimizes the risk of accidental tipping over even if you have a fidget who is constantly wiggling in the seat.
Shopping basket location. Under-the-seat storage baskets are very useful. Yet, check that the basket is not located right over the rear wheels since when loaded it might cause tipping the stroller.
Ease of steering. It is essential to have a stroller you can steer with one hand if needed. While swivel wheels add maneuverability, they should be lockable if you navigate through a straight way and need more stability. Convenient handles with a secure grip are also not the last point to be checked in this concern.
Single footrest. It’s an option to consider when buying a double stroller. A single footrest extending across both seats will prevent little feet from getting trapped in between the seats.
Even when you are sure you’ve got a really comfortable and safe stroller for your infant, there are some basic rules to follow when strolling with your baby to keep him or her duly protected:
Stick to the weight limits. Normally, strollers are distinguished by the maximum weight they can carry. Exceeding this weight might cause stroller damage and non-stability.
Don’t leave a stroller with a baby unattended. It’s essential to be always close enough to hear and see your child, thus, being able to help and avert accidents.
Keep the stroller away from direct sun. Try to avoid parking or leaving the stroller under direct sunlight on hot weather since plastic and metal parts can get heated and burn your hands and your baby when you place a little one inside.
Double-check the stroller is fully unfolded. Spontaneous stroller collapsing is one of the most common dangers. Hence, it is important to read through folding and unfolding instructions before using the pushchair and make sure it is fully and safely unfolded before placing the baby in it.
