What customers say about "Key Specs"
The North Face Jester (T0CHJ4)
- I like the way its light weight and fits all my things. For work, school or just on the go this is an extremely comfortable nice compact backpack.
- It’s very comfortable to wear and I feel like the price was reasonable! Fits all my books, planner and more.
- It’s lightweight even with my laptops, tablet, notepads, binder, power cables and mouse. It’s hardy and withstands bouncing around the back of my vehicle.
- The straps are very comfortable and the chest strap is removable if you don't like it. I like the amount of compartments in the front and the padded laptop sleeve.
- Conforms to my back & shoulders & really is made for a women's frame. The bag itself is lightweight, has the perfect amount of pockets, great for urban living.
- I have broad shoulders and the straps don’t feel comfortable. The stiff back piece feels uncomfortable.
The North Face Recon Unisex
- This pack is just right for both hiking and travel: durable, light enough, just the right size and well-made.
- This pack is extremely comfortable. The ventilation on my back is great and the padding makes this super comfy.
- The tablet pocket is perfect and genius. It`s just the right size, protected my tech and was very durable.
- This thing is comfortable, light weight, yet heavy duty, holds my laptop and all accessories as well as lunch and whatever else i can cram in there. Perfect size and support structure.
- It's ideally sized for school, with compartments for everything you would need. Extremely comfortable to wear all day long.
- It is heavy, stiff, difficult to take on and off, especially in crowded environments.

What customers say about "Features"
The North Face Jester (T0CHJ4)
- Contigo water bottle fits nicely in the exterior side pocket. The color is even more stylish and vibrant in person than online photo. I like it!
- It's well constructed & zippers are sturdy. Great size - it holds a lot but isn't bulky. Well organized in its design. Highly recommend this backpack!
- This bookbag can hold a lot of items especially my laptop which I bring everywhere. The laptop compartment is so convenient and safe I would recommend this book bag!
- Lots of room in the pockets, many compartments inside of them for electronics, pens, etc. Also lots of places perfect for gator clips if needing to carry larger equipment like a helmet for work.
- This item is good for daily using and traveling. It's good in the large capacity, shape design and the high quality.
- The issue lack of flat bottom, so pack cannot not stand upright when packed with items.
The North Face Recon Unisex
- The first smaller panel has a variety of pouches, pockets and nets that keep everything organized from tablets to multi tools.
- My favorite feature is the small zip pocket in the front, at the top; it gives me easy access to my keys, headphones, and ID.
- The bag has held up perfectly and it shows no sign of wearing out. It fits all of my books, folders, binders, and pencils just fine with room for other little things.
- The mesh pouch on the front allows for an easy place to put a snack. The straps buckle around your body to help with mobility while carrying a heavy load and let me tell you, it helps!
- It has so many bells and whistles it's unbelievable. All of the clips and zippers are really high quality and don't seem to be breaking or wearing hard anytime soon.
- The one thing I would love to see on these packs are deployable rain covers across the whole line.
- The only negative i can find is that when placed on the floor it has poor balance.
