- I do like the light that illuminates where you are about to go over, and that it has two speed levels- the higher one is nice for general leg area and the lower level for more painful areas.
- It has 2 speeds--and reviews recommend only using the slower speed and going a little slow on your skin so hairs have the chance to be pulled at the root.
- This is my first venture into the world of epilation but I've been using this item for a few months now. Quality-wise, it seems well built and I've had no problems with it.
- This one is very efficient, catching even the little bitty hairs just starting to grow back in.

Philips BRE648 Satinelle Prestige Epilator
- Pulling hair off your body hurts (eyes tearing up kind of ouchie), but the product works as intended. I appreciate that it's cleaner than wax and lasts longer than shaving.
- The shaver gives a nice, close shave even when used dry, which is super convenient when I'm on the road traveling and DON'T have water available.
- There's no pinching or pulling of hair as I have experienced in the past with my other shaver.
- This epilator feels fairly powerful, as if the charge is giving a better boost than my Panasonic. It has 2 speeds, although I only find myself using the high speed at this point in time.
- I've used this once and it seems to work, it definitely takes a lot of time though, because I have to go over and over the same spot sometimes, it doesn't seem to get all the hairs in one try or even the second try.

- The size and the angle of the machine make it very confortable to handle.
- The 5 is very light weight and easy to handle--and the electric cord does not get in the way.
- Nice packaging, comes apart easily for cleaning, light weight, very easy to use.
- It seems as though all the new styles had the light and pretty much they all had the new longer body. I think they look beautiful, but in my opinion this unit is a little big.

- The smart light is amazing and I am glad I picked Braun for it! I looked at a lot of websites and stores for this product, and Amazon had the best price with free shipping.
- Also the light on it is not helpful to me. If I try to look around on my leg to see where I want to go next, I cannot see as well due the light highlighting only the part right in front of the head. My old braun has no light and I prefer that.

- The 5 series is wonderful because it has the swivel head feature and light--which you really want no matter what.
- The cool pack and the build-in light are additional features which are very practical for warm weather and limited lightening conditions.
Philips BRE648 Satinelle Prestige Epilator
- You can use it in the shower, for facial hair, for massaging, and it's cordless ! all I what I didn't have with my old epilator, so I'm very trilled to try all those new feature :)
- It has a nice, wide head that maneuvers well even in areas where I can't see quite as well what I'm doing, like the back of my body.
- The box includes all of the heads, the epilator, AC charger, a small brush for cleaning, and a small sack for traveling or storage. All in all, I'm super pleased with the results, highly recommended!
- The Satinelle Prestige feels like a great quality piece of equipment, it's made of strong, high-grade plastic. It comes charged, and the charge lasts for approx. 40 min straight.
- I just can't use the Epilator. I am a bit of a wimp and I can't press this thing hard enough to pick up hair and you have to go over it more then once. To do my whole leg would take triple the time of shaving.
