- Overall the pans are good quality, and work well. One relatively minor thing is that all the pans/pots come with a sticker right in the middle of the bottom side of the cookware.
- The pots and pans in this set come with the copper bottom and the cooking is much more even than my old all-stainless steel sets. It's a great buy for the price!
- These set come with a small, medium, and large pan. The medium sized pan from our old T-fal set is larger than the one in this set. A bit of a let down, but not enough to warrant a full star.
- This is not for hard-core frying though, more like simmering. Medium flame should be the largest setting with this set.
- I love these pans! Even cooking on a gas stove and easy to clean. Great quality for the price!
- The pans are advertised as 'copper-bottomed', and through the photographs you are lead to believe that they actually have a sufficient amount of copper to influence cooking.
- I absolutely love this cookware set! The temperature control and even conduction is great for getting all the food done at once! No constant stirring or flip flopping to make sure all the sides get done.
- From stove to oven it's great for searing meat and baking off in the oven. I can't wait to get more pieces for my set!
- Purchased for our cottage by the river; perfect nonstick surface that no one can destroy and they cook beautifully. Size perfect for a family. If cooking for large groups, purchase larger pans.
- Beware that this is a very lightweight set of cookware. Any even semi-seious cook knows that appropriate heat distribution requires that there be some heft in the cookware.
- They are good, but the larger skillets have a higher center resulting in any oil or butter collecting only at the edges of the pan. Makes it difficult to pan fry anything.
- The set is what I expected except for the handles that's why only 4 stars. I was hoping for heat resistant handles but didn't realize they weren't. The pans in themselves are of excellent quality.
- Very pleased with this set! nice to be able to throw them in the dishwasher versus cleaning non-stick ones by hand all the time.
- Very pleased that the handles don't get too hot when these have to sit on the stove.
- The handles stay moderately warm during cooking.
- This leads to them heating up so that I have to use a kitchen towel with them sometimes.
- The pans are light enough so that one does not have to be a professional weight lifter to move them, yet are extremely sturdy and the handles and covers are easy on the hands.
- The nonstick surface requires hand washing, a slight drawback, but the cleanup is amazingly easy, a little soap and water, a sponge, and presto! Good as new.
- I could not be any happier with a set of pots and pans. We use every size often, even the giant fry pan. The glass lids allow you to see your food cooking which I like. The handles are really comfortable.
- I love my new cookware. It is so easy to clean. And with all the different sizes, I have a very good choice on which pot or pan to use depending on what we are making.
- It's the anodized outside that will discolor it washed in the dishwaser. I would buy these again but I might buy a different outer finish.
- I've discovered that the non-stick coating flakes off after a mere 8 months of gentle use with approved utensils.
